Join our world-class Customer Success team that is constantly growing! As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work alongside our Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive adoption, engagement and retention. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services teams to ensure our customers get the most value from Checkealos.

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role supporting our customers throughout their journey with Checkealos, helping them achieve their goals with our platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in managing the customer experience from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the service.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with client communication, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive customer success and retention.
  • Help collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our product and services.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to help customers meet their goals, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.

Especially valued:

  • A solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) principles (highly valuable).
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support within a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and work well cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with project management and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple client accounts.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or in the technology sector.
